Window replacement in Highland, Alpine, and Lehi.
The price you are quoted is the price you pay. Every installation is done by a licensed Utah window installer, and the rebates we quote are the ones the utilities are paying right now.
How we sell windows
Most window companies sell at the kitchen table. Here is what that usually looks like, and how a visit from us goes.

Signs your windows are done
Most homes in Highland, Alpine, and Lehi got builder-grade vinyl windows between 1995 and 2010. Those windows are reaching the end of their life. Here is what to look for.
Foggy or hazy glass
The seal failed and the insulating gas is gone. The window still keeps rain out, but it no longer insulates.
Drafts and whistle
Canyon wind works old seals loose. If a room gets cold or noisy in a storm, the windows are the usual cause.
Hard to open, won't lock
Warped sashes and worn hardware mean the frame is done. A window that will not lock is a security problem and an energy problem.

Utah window rebates in 2026
The federal window tax credit ended December 31, 2025. It does not apply to windows installed in 2026. Two utility rebates do:
Up to $50 per window from Rocky Mountain Power's Wattsmart program, plus $2.50 per square foot from Enbridge Gas ThermWise on gas-heated homes. Both can apply to the same job.
See the full conditions for both programs, or read the common questions.
Wattsmart: $50/window electric-heat tier, $30/window central-cooling tier, ENERGY STAR windows with U-factor 0.22 or lower, existing homes, program terms apply and change with notice. ThermWise: Enbridge Gas residential customers, qualifying glass. Rebate approval is made by the utility. We will tell you whether the glass package you are quoted qualifies. What every job includes
