Rebates on replacement work
Utah's window rebates are for replacement windows in existing homes, and each program has its own rules on home type. New construction does not qualify for either one.
On replacement jobs, the quote flags which windows meet the U-Factor the programs require, so you know before you order.

Can you price a job from plans?
